As a new patient, we want to welcome you to our Cascade Chiropractic family, and we’re thrilled you’ve chosen us for your health care needs! At your first visit, you’ll be warmly greeted and will enjoy a comfortable atmosphere staffed by our friendly team.

We respect your time and are compassionate about any discomfort you may be experiencing. Therefore, we have a SAME-DAY appointment policy.

Preparing For Your Visit

After you schedule your first appointment, you’ll receive an email from us. It’ll have a link to access our paperwork, which you can complete at home. It’ll also note to bring your insurance and ID cards with you. There’s nothing else you need to do to get ready, other than know you’re about to be wowed by our outstanding customer service!

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR APPOINTMENTS

  • You’ll be with us for about an hour. During that time, you will discuss with our team your health concerns and will be asked to provide background information about your symptoms and condition. You will then meet with your chiropractor who will review the details of your condition as well as family medical history, any pre-existing medical conditions or prior injuries, previous and current health providers, and treatments. Once the history has been completed, your doctor will perform a thorough chiropractic examination including specific orthopedic and neurological tests to assess range of motion, muscle tone & strength, and neurological integrity. If warranted, x-rays will follow.

  • In as few as 24 hours, we will welcome you back for your report of findings. This appointment takes about 30 minutes in total. You’ll discuss with your chiropractor the results of your examination and, if we took X-rays, we’ll discuss these images with you.

    You’ll learn about the cause of your problem and what it will take to fix it.

    We will answer any financial questions you may have about the estimated cost of care and how insurance may benefit you during your treatment plan.

    You’ll also receive your first chiropractic adjustment.

  • When you return for follow-ups, you’ll have an adjustment and any needed therapies. We cater to busy people, so we’ll see you promptly and make sure you can quickly continue your day.
